From 2008 through 2010, the Ronald McDonald Charities of South Dakota grew from 9 bedrooms to 26 to accommodate the growing need to help families with sick and injured children.

As always, this charity, is 100% donation based. Donors come in all shapes and sizes. This year, a generous heart challenges everyone who wants to help families with sick and injured children and will match every Capital Campaign donation dollar for dollar up to $1 million dollars on and before December 31, 2010.
